Hoffmann La-Roche signs new agreement with Desert Scientific Software for HTS Data Analysis Tool

Roche, Basel, Switzerland, have agreed on a new collaboration with Desert Scientific Software, Sydney, Australia, in the area of HTS Data Analysis. DesertSci will be providing Roche with a customised HTS Data Analysis Tool that will combine DesertSci’s chemical similarity package, Spinifex, with new clustering software and an easy-to-use interface.

Roche also agreed to continue to collaborate with DesertSci on WebStar, an advanced software tool for molecular property and descriptor calculations.
