ProasisAPI v2016

Our ProasisAPI (v2016) has been dramatically enhanced, now including additional resources for:

• ViewContacts Interactions
• WaterRank Scoring
• Scorpion ligand affinity prediction
• Flexibility prediction
• Project-based retrospective flexibility analysis
• Project-based water clustering
• Kinase sequence-based selectivity analysis and
• Macromolecular assembly generation.

A range of easy-to-use client tools have been built based on these resources.

Our ProasisAPI resource for structure overlay has been extended, enabling the alignment and overlay of even more diverse protein-ligand complexes.

Additional performance improvements have also been realised for all structure search and retrieve resources.
