Proasis3, protein structure database and visualisation system and PureMVC

The Proasis3 protein structure database and visualisation system is currently being showcased on the PureMVC website.  Proasis3 is our high performance rich internet application for medicines research and drug discovery built using Python/PureMVC_Python/pyjamas (the python implementation of Google Web Toolkit).

PureMVC is an open-source framework for creating applications based upon the classic Model, View and Controller concept.  This framework is state-of-the-art because it is based on proven design patterns and incorporates the best ideas from across the open source community of developers.  Check out Proasis3 in the showcase section of http://puremvc.org/
