Antigen-antibody extensions to ViewContacts and Scorpion software

In response to client requests, DesertSci is pleased to announce an important and powerful extension to both its ViewContacts and Scorpion software. These technologies now enable researchers to better investigate interactions involving biologic therapeutics.

Specifically, we have extended ViewContacts and Scorpion to enable the calculation of non-covalent interactions, water rank scores, and binding affinity scores for protein-protein complexes. This addition facilitates the study of antigen-antibody interactions, and the rational design of tighter binding antibodies.
