DesertSci’s latest software for analysing aminoacid flexibility in binding sites has recently been added to Proasis3.
A clear representation of flexibility in a binding site can provide important new information for ligand design and for understanding off-target selectivity.
Our Residue Flexibility Tool (RFT) displays data based on high-quality overlays and the careful treatment of the differences in sequence identities and residue positions, across sets of closely related proteins.
The RFT is also available in Viper with ProFusion making for more powerful ligand design capability.
