Viper with ProFusion Session Files

DesertSci is pleased to announce the release of Viper Ligand Design with ProFusion. Viper with ProFusion enables sophisticated session files to be built so that key structure based target data can be easily shared with all scientists in a research team.

The new software delivers overlayed structures, showing ViewContacts interactions, water rank scores, and Scorpion scores – for all complexes in a project. That is, both experimental structures and models derived from simulation and docking studies, in one file! 

Updates are easily built by simply adding your new structures into the project directory.   Sub-directories of aligned proteins, binding sites, and ligands are also created, facilitating analysis and exploration using your preferred modelling applications.
