ViewContacts2023 – Shipping Now

DesertSci is pleased to announce the release of ViewContacts2023:

• New sorting of ViewContacts output based on interaction type, interaction distance, amino-acid residue numbering
• Table output from ViewContacts can be colour-coded and sorted in Excel, in web browsers, and in terminal windows
• Creation of tables listing all protein-protein interactions for specific pairs of chains from large protein structure assemblies
• Extensions enabling large scale parallel processing
• New methods for exploring all close-contacts involving a bound ligand, with results from multiple constraints settings curated together, enabling visualisation of all interactions, from those ‘close to ideal’ (with optimal distances and angles) to the ‘more remote’ near neighbours
• Extended API resources
