Latest Proasis API functionality

DesertSci’s continues to develop the functionality and features of our ProasisAPI. The latest release includes many new and exciting features.

These include:

extended reporting, returning spreadsheet summaries of hitlists
the ability to overlay a protein structure on the local file system with any database structure
extended structure analysis, such as returning all HET groups in any pdb file, or the mol file for any HET group
ligands can be automatically identified via client tools for ViewContacts and Scorpion
extended overlay options to return overlays sorted according to 3D similarity
searching options that allow for the identification of one representative protein-ligand complex per medchem project
