Proasis2023 – Shipping Now

DesertSci is pleased to announce the release of Proasis2023:

•  new architecture for the Proasis back-end, running on Python3
• newly organised distribution format, allowing for fast and efficient installation on new servers, including all third party dependencies
• further extensions in the automated deposition of inhouse protein structures and all associated and supplementary data files
• extended ProasisAPI resources, including colour coded and sorted listings of ViewContacts output
• additional Structure Details Overviews, providing easier access to key meta-data
• larger sets of Antibody experimental structures can now be routinely searched, retrieved, analysed and explored using Proasis
• larger sets of AlphaFold models can now be routinely searched, retrieved, analysed and explored using Proasis
• Improved Kinase annotations
